Student Admissions Representative (SAR) 


The Student Admissions Representative (SAR) is responsible for providing one-to-one consultations to prospective students who have shown interest in studying in KLC or partner institutions. The ideal candidate is energetic and sales driven. The SAR will be tasked with providing a personalized and consultative service to each student online and in-person, assessing each students requirements and making recommendations in line with their individual needs – all the while promoting KLC institutions as a study destination of choice.   • Strong sales experience is required

  • Excellent in handling leads and target-driven personality

  • Provide excellent customer service to potential students through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in attending the institution.

  • Counselling and consulting students throughout enrolment process through e-mail, Skype and phone.

  • Managing a company-generated database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions and outcomes.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets as set by management.

  • Following through agreed-upon processes to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into prospective students.

  • College Diploma is required.

  • 3+ years of relevant and proven experience in sales and customer service.

  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or education industry is an asset.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Outstanding sales skills, ability to convert leads into sales – enthusiastic, tenacious attitude, with a hunger to excel and succeed.

  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and ability to work independently.

  • Meticulous in keeping records and attention to detail
