We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Content Creator who is just as comfortable setting up bleed and crop marks for a massive billboard as they are jumping on the latest social media trend.
You’ll be working directly with our Creative Director on several creative projects across all of our divisions (and we have lots!).
We have a dedicated videographer for the heavy lifting, so your core focus is design, brand consistency, and fast-turnaround content. You need to be fast, adaptable, and completely unbothered by jumping behind (or in front of) an iPhone camera when we need to capture the moment.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Print & Signage: Designing brochures, posters, and large-format signage. You know how to prep a file so it actually prints right.
Social & Digital:
Designing scroll-stopping social media graphics, formatting email campaigns, and keeping our digital footprint looking sharp.
Content Creation:
Capturing quick, authentic, behind-the-scenes content to supplement our main media team. Oh, and you aren’t camera-shy, sometimes you’ll be the face of a quick social hit.
Presentations:
Taking boring copy and turning it into visually stunning, persuasive PowerPoint and Keynote decks.
The Collaboration:
Working at agency speed. You take creative direction, iterate without ego, and pivot when priorities shift.
What You’re Bringing to the Table:
- A formal degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or a highly related field). You know the theory behind why something looks good.
- You can articulate the “why” behind your work. You don’t just make things look pretty; you can communicate your design rationale and confidently back up your creative choices.
- You live in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- You know your way around Microsoft Office and email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp).
- You’re great at capturing on-the-fly content.
- You understand current design and social trends, but you know how to adapt them to fit a professional brand identity.
