To be a successful candidate with us you will need to show us you can be RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, FOCUSED, NURTURING and ENERGETIC as well as having a clear sense of FUN!
Although we teach swimming to all ages and abilities, the majority of our students will be pre-school and elementary-aged children, so you really need to know you would enjoy working with this young age group and also be able to put their parents at ease.
Previous experience of working with children or in a child oriented business is therefore preferred, although not always necessary, as long as you can still show us the right attitude that would make you a good fit for our team.
This position can be full time or part time. The pay range is based on your education, certifications and experience. If you do not have all the required certifications, we may be able to help you with that! This position also includes 45-50 hours of our own specialist training in our highly-developed proprietary methodology.
Your schedule will be based around weekday mornings, afternoons and or evenings, and Saturdays or Sundays. At least one weekend shift, per week will be required. You must be at least 16 years of age.
